Change in quality

I've purchased the eye cream and other products in the past and loved them! I was excited to buy it again because it was so dreamy in the past, but when I received my order, the eye cream container wasn't sealed tightly. As a result, the consistency is quite different than I remember. I'm not sure if there was a formula change or if it was just that the top of the container was loose, but it has a kind of clumpy consistency that makes it difficult to get out of the jar. It's almost like it sticks to itself. It does still moisturize, but it has a gummy feel.

I'm glad I bought this while there was a sale because the quality didn't justify the cost this time around. Hopefully, this was just a fluke!

There's nothing from Haoma I've tried that I haven't loved. This eye cream, plus the serum, day/night creams and the Earth mask have become my weekend skincare ritual in 2021, and my skin has never looked better. And to think--I originally just came here for the Temple Balm!
